Pascal Kahlem
Pascal Kahlem (PhD) (M): Coordinator of the Training Platform of the ELIXIR Research Infrastructure and owner of Scientific Network Management SL (Spain registered). PhD in Human Genetics at the University Paris VII (France) in 1999. He pursued 3 Post-docs on Human Genetics successively at the CNRS (Paris, France), Max-Planck-Institute (Berlin, Germany) and Charité Hospital (Berlin, Germany). Since 2006 he has been involved in operations management of large life sciences European networks: ENFIN, SYBARIS, ProteomeXchange, MICROME, TransPLANT, and lately ELIXIR a Pan-European Infrastructure for Life Sciences, where he coordinated successively the computing and tools technical platforms and the training platform. In 2017-2018, he co-led with Andrew Smith (ELIXIR) in the project EOSCpilot the deliverable D2.5 on the "Recommendation of a minimal set of Rules of Participation for EOSC service providers and users".
